Staying Active.
Staying active is key, to keep healthy. It is recommended that every adult does a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity every week, whether this be cycling, swimming or walking. This can be done throughout the week. Such as
Monday: 30 minutes swim.
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday:20 minutes walking.
Wednesday:20 minutes walking.
Thursday: 40 minutes cycling.
Friday: Rest day
Saturday: 30 minutes swimming.
Sunday: 30 minutes walking.
Saturday: 30 minutes swimming.
Sunday: 30 minutes walking.
Easy right?1 And look at all them rest days, this is also good, as you are doing different activities. So you are not getting bored of the same old thing every day.
This is just a beginner active schedule, to keep healthy and to stay fit.
You can change around, the exercises, and days. Always do what suits you.
Exercise, is also healthy for the mind, as you are getting out of the house and it is not just keeping you physically fit, but also mentally fit. It is known that exercise can help many mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety.

Staying Healthy.
What we are eating throughout the day is a key of how healthy we are, if we are fueling our bodies with bad foods, high in fats, sugar, calories and salt. Then this would be one of the main reasons why we are not looking healthy or feeling healthy.
A lot of foods have hidden sugars such as pasta sauces, and even ''healthy'' products. This is why we should have knowledge on what we are eating and how much we should be eating.
The average women should be eating 1600-2000 calories per day.
The average man should be eating between 2000-2400 per day.
Women day of eating:
Breakfast: Porridge, with semi skimmed milk. With blueberries.
Snack:Banana
Lunch: Wholemeal brown chicken and salad sandwich, with carrot sticks. Low fat yogurt.
Snack: Crackers with light butter.
Dinner: Chicken curry, with whole meal rice( half a cup full)
Snack: Orange
Man's day of eating:
Breakfast: Porridge, one slice of toast and blueberries.
Snack:Banana
Lunch: Wholemeal brown chicken, salad sandwich, with carrot stick, low fat yogurt and an apple.
Snack: Crackers and cheese spread.
Dinner: Chicken curry, whole meal rice (3/4 cup full).
Snack:Orange.
This is just an example and food ideas, where you can use as a guide line. It should always be mentioned that you should be eating at least 5 proportions of either fruit and veg.
It is also highly recommended that you drink up to eight glasses of water a day, to cleanse your body and to keep hydrated!
