Health in general.
Hello, everyone! and Welcome back to my channel.
Today I am going to talk about healthy in general...
Every Friday, I'm going to do a fitness Friday, were I talk about health and fitness, and give you lovely lot some advice and tips!
Growing up is a lovely time, you don't realize how much thought you need to put in to food and what you eat. You stay active in school, and your parent or guardian supplies you with your food. Where they should be giving you three healthy meals a day.
I think that most people start to think about their own health and start realizing about what food they are putting in there system is around 13 years of age, where you're starting comprehensive school, then you can make a decision whether you want to stay healthy and active and care about your body, as your becoming an adult.
I personally think this is very important, and think many comprehensive school's should start to educate pupil's more on what's in foods and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
My health story
When I started comprehensive school, I would constantly get bullied about my weight and how I was, I was very active in primary and did lots of sports, but I wasn't thinking about what I was eating. I was a size 14 and over weight, I was so unhappy and then when I finally changed school's I started jogging and the gym and walking, I did this in moderation.
But one thing I did was went over the top with my eating, I become obsessed. I wouldn't eat breakfast or lunch and come home and have a tiny proportion for tea. I got really unhealthy with food and any fatty foods, was scary for me.
I did lose loads of weight and become a size eight, my family and close friends would say to me that I looked to skinny. I stayed like this for a couple of years.
Food become a horror story for me.
I then decided I wanted to take a massive education in to fitness and food. Where I learnt that, I was starving myself and that when I wanted to eat normally, all the fat would store again as my body was starving. So i gradually started to ear normal again such as salad's and vegetables and proper meals. I would eat small proportions and three times a day. I managed to keep the fat off and stay active.
I then went on to college to get a degree in sports and nutrition.
